Standard Lead Times
The lead time on most items is 2-3 weeks from approval of artwork. Higher lead times will apply to laser engraved pens.

Christmas Lead Times
Lead time up till christmas are usually longer due to a high influx of work over this period. We advise all our customers to order as early as possible for the fesitive event to make a very merry christmas otherwise your product may not arrive in time. We recommend that you start placing your orders in late september to avoid the rush.

Express Lead Times
If an order is urgent (i.e. less than two weeks) why not use our express service. Contact our sales office by telephone, we will agree an early dispatch date with you for your order subject to availability and at an additional cost of £35.
